Students who wish to apply for testing accommodations for the College Board Tests (SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, and/or Advanced Placement Tests) should complete this form and return it to the counseling center once parent permission is obtained.

PSAT
The PSAT exam is being given at the high school in October to all 11th-grade students who sign up. There is no cost.  A limited number of 10th-grade students can sign up to take the PSAT exam but must pay the $18 fee.  Requests to sign up must be made before August 31st to Mrs. Myers, the counseling secretary or to the students' counselor. cmyers@gasd-pa.org, 717-6254, opt. 2, ext 6248
