Freshmen Advisory & Career Exploration Class
All freshmen participate semester long integrated course combining Physical Education 9 with Freshmen Advisory & Career Exploration, taught by Mrs. Ramsburg. This course fulfills required PE credits while simultaneously guiding students through career exploration, resulting in a completed portfolio and completion of over 10 career standards. To further support student success, school counselors visit the classroom to share Counseling Center resources and important information relating to 10th-grade course selection. Additionally, all GAHS Department Leaders visit the same class throughout the semester to provide insights into the school's diverse offerings.
