Work Permits

Students must be 14 years old or older

A parent must come in person to sign the work permit.

Student must accompany parent (called down from class if in school at time)

Must have proof of age (Birth cert, Baptism cert, passport, legal document with birth date listed)

Office hours for this 7:45-3:30 (not start of day, too busy)
